Some area residents still don’t know how easy it is to use Friendly Rider services. Hard to believe, right? To combat this issue, Friendly Rider has created three new radio ads featuring our super catchy new jingle. Have a listen!

As you sing our new jingle out loud at the office or school, make sure to pass along the word about the easy, convenient bus service Friendly Rider provides each and every day.

This form allows you to create a reservation request any time of the day. Our dispatching office is open from 8:00am-4:30pm weekdays, except on holidays (click here to open). If your request is received during office hours, we will do our best to confirm your schedule that day. If your message is received outside of office hours or after 4:30pm, you will be contacted as soon as possible the next business day.

Please try to schedule your ride in advance. We do our best to accommodate your requested pick up time but during busier times there may be more of a wait. In the cities of Wadena and Staples, booking a ride 2-hours in advance will help us provide better service to you. Residents outside should schedule a ride 24-hours in advance.
